Since the hiring of the general manager in October, the CMA organizing committee has been busy meeting with various groups and governmental agencies in order to promote the event and create strategic partners. In the following months plans are to hire a Programming Director, develop a communications and marketing strategy, launch the official CMA 2004 web site as well as hold information and motivation meetings throughout the province.
